Announcing Vid Show Programming for CON.TXT 2023!

Long-time CON.TXT attendees will know that the con always includes one official vid show composed of premieres and curated vids, as well as shows suggested and curated (VJed) by con attendees. Well, this year we're switching it up!

2023 VID SHOWS

Premieres
Vids made for CON.TXT 2023 and never posted online prior to the con. Premieres will be due by Sunday, May 7. More details to come next week.

Nearly New
Vids made and posted in the past year, submitted by vidders. Nearly New submissions will close on Friday, April 14. More details on this will be posted in early March.

Some Vids We Like
A show to kick off the con! May include absolutely anything. We'll be opening a suggestion box for this one, so watch this space.

Themed Vid Shows
Shows suggested and VJed by you. Do you have a cool vid show idea? Suggest it in our themed vid show suggestions post!

Themed Vid Show Submissions are Open

If you have a great idea for a themed vid show, now's your chance! We're taking submissions for attendee-curated (VJed) vid shows. Submissions will close on Sunday, March 26, 2023 and we'll notify you if your show was accepted and provide information on how to submit your shows soon after.

DEADLINES

Sunday, March 26, 2023: Themed show submissions close
Sunday, April 23, 2023: Draft vid show playlists due
Sunday, May 14, 2023: Vid shows finalized in Conline (our con platform)

All deadlines are midnight, Eastern Daylight Time (what time is that for me?).
