problem with reserving room for Con.Txt 2020

I am registered for Con.Txt 2020, with a scheduled arrival date of Thursday, July 22 and departure date of Monday, July 27, but I can't get the room reservation site to work for me because it won't allow a Monday, July 27 check-out and the Sunday is one day too early for me. Help?

TYK for contacting the hotel for me! I'm sure that the disallowed day-after-con departure date is because the con rate only goes through Sunday, so I understand if I have to pay a higher room-rate for a Monday departure. I just don't want my attempt to make a reservation to be completely blocked.

Hello, so sorry for the delay! We renegotiated our hotel contract for 2020, and unfortunately they now only guarantee our room rate from July 23rd – July 26th. In the past we had another few days on each end based on availability, but our rep says the lower rate will not be available past July 26 this year. In order to book past the 26th (or before the 23rd) you'll need to place a separate reservation for the other dates and then email our rep directly at Maritza.Cordova@Marriott.com so she will adjust your reservation (the rate will be $169/night for our attendees for dates outside July 23-26). Please email us at hotel@con-txt.net if you have any other issues!
