I filled out the form but I noticed a few issues.

The categories at the bottom are a bit of a mess. For anime fandoms, I think the only "new" one in there is Yuri!!! On Ice. You've got "Legend of the Seeker" in there too, which isn't an anime at all. Kingdom Hearts is a video game, not an anime.

Legend of Korra is listed under "TV Shows" and not "comics/cartoons."

Why are youtube and internet personalities RPF not listed in the RPF category, and instead thrown into the "other" category?

Somehow there isn't a video game category at all, despite many video games having decently sized fandoms. Undertale, Final Fantasy XV, Fallout, Dangan Ronpa, Elder Scrolls, Legend of Zelda, Overwatch, Persona, to name a few. You've listed more podcasts in your "other" category than video games. You could just have made a podcast category -- which I fully support, because podcast fandoms might be small but they are very enthusiastic!

I also want to note that I found the poll really off-putting. It has such a clear bias towards western tv/movie fandoms that it makes me feel left out, as somebody who is primarily in video game fandoms. Anime fans get even less of a mention. Did "Yuri!!! On Ice" really not even warrant a ticky box? Why did you lump Mass Effect and Dragon Age together with Dungeons & Dragons, of all things? Video game fandom and tabletop RPG fandom are not really the same thing at all. And Wonder Woman is in there twice.

I realize not every single fandom can be represented in the poll, but it would be nice if you could at least attempt to have a wider spread instead of everything concentrated on one single corner of fandom.
