Registered attendees can continue to submit ideas for panels on enduring topics that are likely to require extensive preparation -- ones that might include tutorials, workshops, Oxford-style debates, multimedia shows, or extensive handouts. A decision on these panels and a preliminary schedule will be made by mid-March to give the moderators plenty of time to prepare a great panel.
E-mail your proposals or questions no later than March 1st to panels@con-txt.net.
(If you have something less complicated in mind, never fear -- in mid-March, we'll start taking suggestions for panels that are more current and topical and include facilitated discussions, roundtables, and smackdowns that require only normal preparation. Scheduling for these will be finalized by the end of May.
We'll also have a variety of late, last-minute, and on-the-fly panel opportunities that you'll hear more about as the con gets closer.)
