CON.TXT 2014 Hotel reservations
CON.TXT 2014 will be held once again at the Sheraton (formerly the Holiday Inn Crowne Plaza) in downtown Silver Spring, Maryland, just over the border from Washington DC, with convenient access from the Metro. We have lots more information about the con hotel on our website.
Programming will start in the morning on Friday, June 13, and go through late afternoon on Sunday, June 15, so we definitely recommend arriving on Thursday night and leaving on Sunday night.
We have reserved a block of hotel rooms at the Sheraton for con attendees. The rate is $119 for a double or king room (plus taxes, etc.); wheelchair-accessible rooms are only available as kings. This is a special CON.TXT rate, and it is guaranteed only until late May. We recommend booking your room early! The hotel has been known to fill up.
To book your room by telephone, call the reservations number 1-888-627-7176 and say you are reserving with the Group Code CNTF11 for CON.TXT 2014. (Use this reservations number and not the hotel's local number.) If you are told that no CON.TXT rooms are available, please do not reserve a room at the regular rate. Instead, contact us so we can increase the size of the CON.TXT con block.
